SHIELD REALTRAC

Shield Realtrac offers an advanced solution to allow for flexible, informative, regulated and reliable real-time reporting capabilities. We recommend its use where applicable.

Using a PDA and Shield RealTrac software our inspectors record the details of their inspection. The compiled report is transmitted to the Shield control centre either periodically or with live updates. The visits are timed and dated photographic evidence is generated to confirm the condition of the premises. Using Shield RealTrac we produce reports with various levels of detail. Each report type can be filtered to include only specific questions, locations, staff and other relevant criteria. We can also specify the date range across which the report will be generated - thus enabling trend and comparative analysis.

Inspection data will automatically be transferred wirelessly from the PDA to the database producing instantly available results.

Following extended use by our Mobile Inspectors and Vacant Property Units in providing auditable inspection information, Shield has been quick to realise the potential for this system for use by our operational management in report generation from the recording and collation of data on site and in the field. Increasingly, this system is replacing paper reports and is extending real-time client reporting to all aspects of our service.
