Charity News: Marathon Accomplished

Karl Maguire recently completed the 2010 Virgin London Marathon in a time of 4:29:44.

This was Karl's first attempt at a full marathon and he managed to raise £2117 for his chosen charity The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability in Putney

Karl has been awarded entry to the Berlin Marathon in September and will compete in additional events later in the year, including another Shield entry for the Para 10s. If you are feeling adventurous, would like to represent Shield and assist Karl in his charitable endeavours, then please contact him at karl.maguire@shieldguarding.co.uk
